1. Program Description

Boler Data Systems may send recurring marketing and informational text messages to users who have opted in. Message frequency may vary. Messages may include service updates, reminders, promotions, and announcements.

2. User Opt-In & Opt-Out

• Opt-In: You must provide express consent to receive messages, such as by checking the consent box on our signup form or texting a keyword when applicable.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s rates apply to your use of SMS/MMS. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

4. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll a mobile number. Program availability may depend on your carrier and device.

5. Carrier Disclosure

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Program is supported by major U.S. carriers; support may vary by carrier and device.

6. Privacy

Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the site or Program in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the Program’s operation.

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boler Data Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or Program.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
